This role is ideal for an experienced coordinator, planner, scheduler, or operations professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex work, and takes pride in keeping customers and internal teams informed and aligned.
You will independently manage a portfolio of concurrent customer orders and projects, coordinating timelines, dependencies, resources, vendors, documentation, and customer communication. You will partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, outside providers, and customers to identify risks, remove roadblocks, maintain accurate information, and keep commitments moving forward.
Success in this position requires strong organization, professional communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to continuously reprioritize as customers’ needs and business conditions change.

- Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously from signed order through service delivery
- Establish and maintain delivery milestones, projected completion dates, dependencies, and priorities
- Adjust plans as conditions change while keeping stakeholders informed
- Collecting information from customers, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Outside Plant, and determining and verifying projected delivery dates
Coordinate the Work
- Partner across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Outside Plant, accounting, carriers, and outside providers
- Coordinate equipment, resources, installations, turn-ups, upgrades, changes, and disconnects
- Proactively identify dependencies and follow up on actions required to keep work moving
Lead Customer Communication
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for customers
- Lead kickoff and status meetings, provide clear written updates, communicate changes and risks, establish expectations, and ensure customers understand what happens next and when
Drive Accuracy & Follow-Through
- Maintain accurate CRM, circuit, milestone, and customer documentation
- Verify information before advancing work
- Track commitments through completion, escalate risks appropriately, support billing reconciliation, and contribute to departmental performance metrics
- Perform any additional job-related duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and provide our members with industry leading customer service
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, planning, scheduling, service delivery, operations coordination, customer implementation, telecommunications, construction coordination, logistics, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of following commitments through completion
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating directly with customers or business partners
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, missing information, and potential delays before they impact delivery
- Confidence coordinating work across multiple departments without having direct authority over the people performing the work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate operational and customer information
- Ability to prioritize and reprioritize effectively when circumstances change
- Comfortable learning technical concepts, systems, terminology, and workflows
- Experience with CRM, project management, scheduling, ERP, ticketing, or similar business systems preferred
- Telecommunications experience is valuable but not required for candidates with strong transferable coordination experience
