Project Coordinator, Implementations
MotiveAbout Motive
Motive is the fastest-growing website provider for dealerships. Shopping for a vehicle is a difficult process, and we believe that a better consumer experience online can make it great. Our all-in-one platform is serving an increasingly robust quantity of dealers through our direct partnerships with nearly every OEM brand.
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to guide our clients through the first half of their website build with Motive — from the hand-off from the Sales team, through a fully built-out site ready for design polish. You'll be the client's main point of contact during this phase, translating what they need into a working site before handing the project to a Designer for UI, QA, and launch.
The best candidates are equal parts organized and design-minded, with a knack for using cutting-edge AI tooling to move faster through builds — all while keeping clients informed and every project on schedule.
In this job, you can expect to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding
Gather and validate the information, content, and assets needed to begin building each client's website
Build out the UX and front-end structure of dealer websites, including page layout, navigation, and site configuration
Use cutting-edge AI tooling to accelerate site builds and other project tasks
Configure and implement third-party integrations, such as CRM, chat, and trade-in tools
Set up vehicle pricing and inventory feeds
Apply OEM-specific brand page templates and standards so each site meets manufacturer program requirements
Track each implementation against project timelines, proactively flagging risks or delays
Communicate progress, next steps, and outstanding items clearly to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the build
Coordinate a smooth hand-off to the Designer team for UI polish, QA, and launch
We are looking for someone who has/is:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination/management, implementation, onboarding, preferably within a SaaS or automotive company.
A strong eye for web design and user experience, and a sense for what makes a website look professional and easy to navigate
Comfortable working within website CMS platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for guiding clients through a technical build process
Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy when gathering and applying client requirements
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage competing deadlines across a high volume of concurrent projects
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Benefits
Competitive compensation aligned with experience and scope of the role. Final details are discussed during the interview process.
