Project Coordinator / Program Manager (m/w/d) – Experience with streaming, OTT & media platforms

For our project, planned to start in November/December 2026, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Program Manager (approximately 50-70% allocation) to coordinate multiple technical and delivery streams involved in building a new interactive streaming platform for a start-up entering the DACH market. The role will be responsible for ensuring alignment and collaboration across the Application Development team, the Akamai-based Content Delivery Network (CDN) stream, and the T-Cloud Public infrastructure stream. The candidate will act as the central coordination point between stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery organizations, driving planning, governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, and overall program execution.

• Task Description:
• Coordinate and manage the overall project across multiple workstreams.
• Drive planning, tracking, risk management, and dependency management between teams.
• Organize and facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project reporting.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation activities.
• Act as the primary interface between stakeholders, delivery teams, and management.
• Coordinate the following streams:
• Application Development Team responsible for platform development.
• Content Delivery Network (CDN) Stream based on Akamai.
• T-Cloud Public Stream providing the underlying cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and risks.
• Support decision-making and escalation management across all participating teams.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager in complex IT environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams with different stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of software development projects and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with streaming, OTT, media platforms, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Akamai, cloud platforms, and large-scale internet-facing applications is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams across business and technical domains.
• Ability to operate independently and drive execution across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
