This is a role for someone who can hold the centre of a cross-functional project — keeping Quality, Logistics, Operations, Engineering and Procurement aligned, and making sure temperature-sensitive products are handled, stored and transported exactly as quality, regulatory and business requirements demand.

What you'll actually do:

• Own end-to-end coordination of Cold Chain initiatives — documentation, implementation plans, validation-relevant records and progress reports.
• Prepare project proposals, business cases, timelines and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate quality and compliance controls so deliverables meet regulatory, GMP/GDP, customer and internal requirements.
• Monitor and report progress, risks, deviations and mitigation actions across temperature-controlled logistics.
• Analyse risk around temperature excursions, packaging concepts, transport lanes, storage conditions and operational handovers.
• Run and contribute to stakeholder meetings, governance forums and cross-functional Cold Chain workshops — the central point of contact for project status and solution readiness.

What you bring:

Strong project coordination paired with deep, hands-on cold chain expertise — temperature-controlled packaging, shipping lanes, lane qualification, monitoring concepts and storage requirements. You're comfortable driving milestones, cost and quality in a regulated environment, and you communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders.
