Lead some of our largest facilities projects while growing the next generation of project leaders.

As the Project Delivery Group Manager with our Facilities Engineering team, you will provide leadership, oversight, and accountability for project management across the division's portfolio. You will lead and develop senior project managers, establish consistent expectations for project planning and execution, and help teams deliver work with discipline across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and communication.
You will stay close to project delivery by reviewing project performance, supporting teams through complex issues, and serving as Project Manager on some of TKDA's largest and most complex Facilities Engineering assignments. You will also review and approve Facilities Engineering proposals for select projects within the division, helping confirm that scope, fee, schedule, staffing, assumptions, and risks are clearly understood before commitments are made.
Beyond individual projects, you will help strengthen TKDA's project management and delivery capability. You will coach and mentor project managers, advance consistent project delivery practices and tools, reinforce QA/QC expectations, and use project reviews and lessons learned to improve performance across the division. You will also develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery practices, systems, and processes, aligning project delivery goals with organizational goals and long-term priorities.
This is an opportunity for an experienced project delivery leader who enjoys strategic thinking, developing people, improving processes, and helping multidisciplinary teams deliver successful project outcomes.
