About the Role
The NRM Project Delivery Lead owns the answer and the client. You will lead end-to-end Revenue Growth Management engagements with Yum! brands and markets - from defining the commercial problem and analytical agenda through recommendations, activation, testing and impact tracking.
This is a senior commercial strategy role for leaders who can combine the discipline of top-tier consulting with practical business judgment. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, work directly with senior market executives and franchise partners, and convert analytics into tangible actions that improve transactions, AUV, consumer value and unit economics.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of NRM Level 1 / Level 2 engagements, from diagnostic and strategy through activation, testing, execution and impact tracking.
• Define the problem statement, strategic hypotheses, engagement roadmap, workstreams and decision agenda; ensure the team is working on the questions that matter most to growth and profitability.
• Shape integrated commercial strategy across strategic pricing, value architecture, Key Value Items, menu optimization, promotions, merchandising, channel / digital economics, consumer occasions and unit economics.
• Set the financial ambition for the engagement and ensure recommendations are translated into measurable outcomes including transactions, SSSG/SSTG, AUV, revenue, margin, COS%, franchisee profitability and EBITDA.
• Own senior client and stakeholder relationships across GMs, CFOs, CMOs, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Digital, Insights and franchise partners; create alignment and drive decisions.
• Lead executive workshops, steer committees and recommendation sessions; simplify complex analysis into a clear storyline, commercial choices and an action plan.
• Integrate Commercial Analysts, Senior Commercial Analysts and the Data & Revenue Science pod into one coherent delivery team; ensure analytical integrity, pace, quality and reproducibility while the market pod owns the answer and the "so what".
• Manage multiple workstreams and dependencies, including scope, timeline, team capacity, risks, quality, stakeholder cadence and recovery plans when delivery is off track.
• Translate recommendations into execution roadmaps with owners, milestones, test-and-learn plans, success metrics and decision gates; stay close enough to implementation to ensure impact is realized.
• Coach and develop the team through clear direction, regular feedback and structured problem solving; build bench strength and promote reusable methods rather than one-off analysis.
Contribute to NRM capability building through thought leadership, playbooks, proposals, market scoping and identification of new opportunities where NRM can create material business value

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects from ambiguous problem statement to recommendation and implementation.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including ability to connect pricing, traffic, mix, consumer value and operating decisions to P&L and unit economics outcomes.
• Executive presence and exceptional written / oral communication, workshop facilitation and storytelling skills.
• Track record of coaching teams, setting a high-quality bar and delivering through others.
