Given that Candi is taking solar into a new realm with a new set of tools, the role will require creativity, innovation and a new way of thinking. Specifically, the job requires taking ownership of the following for the South African team: Supporting the sales team with finding solutions for clients, including but not limited to: EYAs using Helioscope Technical support with proposals, including interaction with the candi financial model Client energy load assessments, interpretation of energy meter data Solar PV and BESS designs Liaising with EPCs on their design to ensure it meets our requirements Liaising with channel partners and clients Reviewing EPC detailed designs Interacting with the project management team to ensure smooth handover of the project once the contract has been signed. Supporting development of Candi processes, standard operating procedures, etc. Periodic travel within SA. Potential travel to Sub-Saharan Africa, . Frequent periodic meetings with team members and line manager(s) MSOffice, Google Docs/Sheets proficiency Location: Johannesburg, combined with working from home (with frequent country-wide travel) Hours: Full time.
