In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Understand documentation requirements and gather relevant materials from factories and other internal or external sources, proactively expediting processes when needed Create, compile, and deliver electronic and/or hard copy documentation to internal and external customers within agreed timelines Review customer feedback and ensure all necessary updates and corrections are implemented accurately Convert and format documentation to meet specific customer requirements and standards Build and maintain effective communication with European sales offices, customers, and manufacturing sites Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive, detail-oriented service Work in a structured, organized, and well-documented manner, ensuring traceability and compliance Who You Are: You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives while maintaining strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
