Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. How You'll Make an Impact Lead technical GIS (Gas-Insulated Switchgear) substation projects from concept development through installation. Translate customer requirements into innovative, practical, and cost-effective engineering solutions. Develop substation layouts, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. Lead technical discussions and coordination meetings with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Coordinate material procurement activities, fabrication requirements, and installation planning. Drive design improvements, standardization efforts, and cost optimization initiatives. Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Ensure adherence to ISO standards, environmental requirements, and safety regulations throughout project execution. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Three or more years of experience in substation engineering, high-voltage equipment, power systems, or heavy industrial engineering environments preferred. Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD software, with experience using Creo and AutoCAD preferred. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Experience creating and managing engineering documentation and technical deliverables. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, project reviews, and site support activities.
