Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Project Engineer Aftermarket.
You will be part of the Airpower Aftermarket Engineering Team and report to the Hiring Manager Aftermarket Engineering.
In this role, your mission is to improve spare parts availability and lifecycle support by delivering engineering solutions that ensure the long-term serviceability, reliability, and sustainability of our global product portfolio.
Your day-to-day

You will be part of the Airpower Aftermarket Engineering Team and report to the Hiring Manager Aftermarket Engineering.
In this role, your mission is to improve spare parts availability and lifecycle support by delivering engineering solutions that ensure the long-term serviceability, reliability, and sustainability of our global product portfolio.
Your day-to-day
- Execute aftermarket engineering projects that improve spare parts availability and reduce supply chain risks.
- Provide technical support to Distribution Centers and aftermarket organizations worldwide.
- Support supplier qualification, localization initiatives, reverse engineering activities, testing, and validation projects.
- Investigate technical issues related to spare parts, suppliers, and installed equipment, and develop practical solutions.
- Coordinate project activities with engineering teams, suppliers, purchasing, supply chain, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to engineering releases, technical documentation, and the continuous improvement of aftermarket engineering processes and systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Strong technical curiosity and a hands-on engineering mindset.
- Ability to analyze technical challenges and translate them into practical and sustainable solutions.
- Experience with CAD, PLM systems, testing, manufacturing, or supplier engineering is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
