  • Prepare, document, and follow up on quality, risk, and regulatory meetings
  • Support release readiness and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Testing, and Quality Management
  • Support the evolution of HX Now towards a FHIR-based architecture and coordinate cross-functional dependencies

What we're looking for

  • A background in health informatics, medical informatics, digital health, computer science, or a comparable field
  • Experience in a quality, documentation, regulatory, or project engineering role, ideally within MedTech or healthcare
  • Good understanding of medical device regulations and standards such as MDR, ISO 13485, and IEC 62304
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
  • A structured and detail-oriented way of working with a strong sense of ownership
  • The ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive topics to completion
  • A collaborative mindset and the willingness to work in a small, cross-functional team
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, or DICOM is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
Nice to have
  • Experience working with mobile healthcare applications or digital health solutions
  • Experience with requirements engineering and test management in regulated environments
  • Knowledge of hospital IT systems and clinical workflows
  • Experience supporting audits, inspections, or certification activities
  • Experience working with GitHub, Jira, or similar collaboration and documentation tools

Why Snke

  • A supportive, international team connected by shared values and a culture of trust
