- Confirm program details, facilitators and resources; create delivery plans, calendar invites and Zoom links.
- Set up project tools and platforms, including Dropbox folders, time tracking and Candorly assessment configuration.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients from kickoff through close-out.
- Lead onboarding and prep calls, and capture notes and customization briefs.
- Brief trainers, assessment leads and coaches so they arrive prepared, and coordinate coach availability.
- Send regular status updates, reminders and logistics communications so clients always know what is next.
Quality & Materials Management:
- Prepare and quality-check program materials, including decks, workbooks, fillable PDFs and CLE packets.
- Review client data and imports for accuracy before launch.
- Draft and prepare assessment reports, and deliver reports and agendas ahead of client meetings.
- Escalate new content and key decisions to the Deal & Client Owner for approval.
Delivery Support & Risk Management:
- Host virtual sessions on Zoom, including polls, breakouts and recordings.
- Coordinate kickoff webinars and client kickoff calls.
- Monitor participation and completion, manage deadlines and extensions, and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
- Track DISC and assessment progress and deliver reports on time.
Project Close-Out & Continuous Improvement:
- Debrief clients and review survey results.
- Coordinate recording edits and deliver final recordings within two days.
- Release and file final reports, provide attendance reports, and archive project records.
- Identify process gaps and automation opportunities, and help improve how we deliver as we grow
