Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Management professional at Andinos Business Connections. In this position, the individual will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing timelines and resources, monitoring progress, and proactively identifying and addressing risks or issues. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, preparing project documentation and status reports, and aligning project outcomes with client objectives and service-level agreements.
The Project Management professional will also contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools, supporting the scalability and quality of our outsourcing solutions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Project Planning skills to oversee end-to-end delivery and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Candidates should possess solid Program Management skills to coordinate multiple related projects and align them with client and organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and produce concise documentation.
- Experience working in outsourcing, business process services, Roofing, or HVAC-related projects is beneficial.
- Proficiency with project management tools and common office software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
