How You´ll Make an Impact Coordinate and lead project planning and execution meetings, tracking progress and reporting updates to the organization. Evaluate and manage risks and opportunities to protect the company and improve project outcomes. Oversee engineering activities, assembly work, testing, and commissioning to ensure contractual commitments are met. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across different divisions to guarantee projects are delivered as contracted. Negotiate additional work and claims with customers, suppliers, and contractors to enhance business volume and margins. Monitor and control procurement of materials and services for projects. Manage project budgets to ensure expected profitability and deliver financial and cost reports. Track costs, scope, forecasts, cash flow, and accounts receivable to ensure deliverables are met within budget. Manage communications with customers, internal teams, auditors, suppliers, and contractors. Oversee document approval processes with customers to confirm compliance with contractual requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. Minimum 3 years of experience in project management. Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and project proposals. Advanced English proficiency (required). Proficiency in project management software (MS Project or similar). Experience with financial tools and ERP systems. Knowledge of legal aspects, finance, and cost management. Demonstrated skills in people management, customer focus, and innovation. Understanding of quality, environmental, energy, and safety management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001).
