Project Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Support in project documentation submission
• Make improvement to sales & project documentation & process efficiency with AI tool
• Maintain and update sales & project records, customer databases and CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution
• Support market research, competitor analysis and customer data collection
• Support marketing activities
• Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or relating discipline
• Strong in communication and organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
