What you´ll do Support initiatives that enhance the overall workplace experience, employee engagement, and organizational culture across GBS Manila Assist in the planning and execution of employee programs, events, and communication campaigns to strengthen engagement and collaboration Contribute to business continuity, workplace safety, and resilience initiatives, helping ensure a secure and productive work environment Support workplace management and operational projects that drive efficiency, process improvement, and operational excellence Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate operations and strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to diverse business functions Assist in preparing communications, reports, presentations, and project documentation to support key programs and objectives What makes you a good fit Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management or relevant courses Knowledge in MS Office software required; Experience in using Adobe Photoshop is highly preferred Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and business functions Excellent organizational, project coordination, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Analytical and data-driven mindset, combined with creativity and an interest in employee engagement, communications, workplace operations, business resilience, and continuous improvement initiatives Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
