More information : www.keyes.eu THE BACKGROUND For our customer based in Malta - a European Institution, we are looking for a Project Management Specialist to join their team in the area of international protection - supporting Member States in applying the package of EU laws that governs asylum , international protection , and reception conditions . You will play a crucial role in providing practical , legal , technical , advisory , and operational assistance to achieve harmonized asylum practices . Kindly note that this Request for Services requires a hybrid implementation ratio of 80% onsite and 20% offsite modes. Responsibilities Determine and document the project’s goals, deliverables, tasks, and deadlines. Create a detailed project plan outlining the schedule, resources, and milestones. Assign tasks and resources effectively to team members based on their skills and project requirements.- Monitor and manage the project resource usage to ensure resources are utilized efficiently. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Facilitate collaboration among team members and resolve any conflicts that arise. Track project progress against milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion. Handle any changes in project scope, schedule, or resources effectively. Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for project success. Address and resolve any issues or roadblocks that hinder project progress. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance. Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication Conduct project reviews, finalize documentation, and ensure all deliverables are completed and approved Track and respond to tickets and service requests in a service desk context, ensuring timely and effective resolution. At least 10 years of experience as a project manager/specialist in relevant field - preferably IT Project coordination and training procedures, with a recognisable methodology Ability to independently perform tasks management in the SharePoint environment, Atlassian suite or similar software. Past experience with SharePoint architecture both on-premises an online Minimum C1 level in English language (official language as per CEFR)
