The role combines IT Project Management, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and project governance, with a strong focus on delivering business value, managing risks, and ensuring successful outcomes in a complex, global environment.

YOU WILL

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, business, and finance teams, ensuring alignment, securing approvals, and providing clear project status updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional, international teams, managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring effective communication across different regions and functions.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support structured project execution and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure successful transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU), including operational readiness, benefits realisation, and lessons learned.

MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in end-to-end IT Infrastructure Project Management, delivering complex technical projects or programmes.
  • Strong project management skills, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and dependency management.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in complex IT environments.
  • Experience working in global, matrix organisations, coordinating cross-functional teams across different regions and functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including collaboration with senior management and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong financial management skills, including project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial analysis.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining project governance, reporting, documentation, and delivery standards.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive successful delivery.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience delivering large-scale IT Infrastructure transformation programmes in highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Experience managing operational transitions and Business-as-Usual (BAU) handovers.
  • Knowledge of benefits realisation, change management, and continuous improvement practices.
