Project Manager

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating projects from allocation through to handover, ensuring installations run smoothly, safely, and profitably. What you'll be doing: Managing the full lifecycle of installation projects, from planning and scheduling to completion and handover. Reviewing new project files with the Operations Director to fully understand contract requirements and system specifications. Liaising with Sales and customers to clarify technical details and resolve queries early in the process. Monitoring project progress, profitability, and timelines — raising concerns promptly where needed. Keeping customers and internal teams updated through regular project reviews. Supervising Installation Engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental Policies, and industry standards. Organising customer training, ensuring commissioning and completion certificates are issued. Preparing and delivering all required documentation at handover. Providing timely updates to support efficient invoicing. Ensuring compliance with BS EN ISO9001, NACOSS, GDPR, and ISO27001 procedures. Supporting the wider team with reasonable management requests.
