Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders Manage project documentation and reporting requirements Facilitate meetings to ensure project alignment and engagement Mentor and guide team members throughout the project lifecycle Requirements 5+ years of project management experience in a relevant industry Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with risk assessment and management Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
