Project Manager

About the role AdTech company with 7 years of experience, trusted by over 150 clients, multiple award-wins, and a strong reputation as a leader in the AdTech industry. We are currently looking for a Project Manager! What you will be working on: Organize and coordinate team efforts to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Translate business needs into technical tasks, prioritize resolution, and actively contribute to integration processes. Create and execute project plans, defining stages, resources, and timelines to ensure effective project management. Facilitate integrations by converting business tasks into clear, well-structured tasks for the dev team and communicating with clients when required. Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, testers, DevOps, product owners) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery. Oversee project scope, milestones, risks, and resource allocation, proactively managing changes and issues. Maintain project documentation, including status reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership. Drive continuous improvement in development and delivery processes. Facilitate collaboration between the product and engineering teams to ensure alignment on priorities and quality goals. Your background: 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments. Proven track record of delivering projects on time. Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Proficient in backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, decision-making, and using Jira and other project tracking tools. Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize information from various sources. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Upper intermediate or Advanced English level. Will be a huge plus: Experience in Advertising Technology environment (AdTech/RTB/Programmatic SaaS solutions).
