About the Company: We are an established Dallas-based employee-owned architectural metal company with a Nationwide customer base is looking to hire a Project Manager with great communication skills and a focus on high standards of quality. This year we will create over $12 million in custom-fabricated and machine shop-produced architectural structures. Custom projects including commercial stair and railing projects. We are a financially strong and stable company. About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects in Texas, Georgia, Washington DC, Virginia, and Florida . This position is full-time, with occasional travel to job sites as needed. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee architectural metal projects from contract signing through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Conduct job site visits as necessary to ensure quality control and smooth project execution. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, production, and installation teams to ensure alignment. Maintain proactive communication with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field teams to prevent and resolve issues before they arise. Track project financials, manage change orders, and issue RFIs to keep projects aligned with scope and budget. Forecast potential challenges and provide solutions before they become roadblocks . Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters . What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in custom steelwork , architectural specialties, or commercial construction . Ability to manage multiple projects ranging from $300K to $2M+ in value. Strong understanding of architectural fabrication, installation methods, and materials . Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving . Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project-management software (We use TEAMS), and willing to learn trade-specific software . Willing and able to travel to job sites as needed .
