Project Manager

Job Role: Project Manager - Consent Location: Remote Salary: up to $120k/ annum Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives. Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to project management, including organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives). Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Utilize Jira and other project management software to track project progress, assign tasks, and monitor deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project goals and status. Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, senior management, and clients. Ensure continuous improvement in project management processes by applying best practices and lessons learned from past projects. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and foster collaboration to achieve high-quality results. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus. PMP or similar project management certifications are a plus.
