Project Manager

The kind of PM we're looking for You've got 2–4 years under your belt at an independent pharma or healthcare agency, enough to know how MLR works, what a tight timeline actually means, and how to keep five things moving without losing the thread on any of them. What you'll do Plan and execute pharma marketing projects across cross-functional teams, keeping everything moving from kickoff through delivery Build and own project timelines, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks before they become problems Coordinate internal teams across creative, account, strategy, and analytics, you're the connective tissue Run status meetings, kickoffs, and checkpoints that are tight, useful, and don't waste anyone's time Maintain project documentation, status reports, and workflow trackers with obsessive consistency Monitor budget burn and flag scope shifts early, you catch things before they become conversations Keep projects inside established workflows and escalate when something's about to go sideways What this role is not This is not a budget ownership role.
