Position/ Assignment Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead project management on new product development or product maintenance. Position/ Assignment Summary: Lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and driving successful project outcomes. Key Accountabilities/ Statement of Work: - Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. - Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability. - Budget & Resource Management : Track project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize costs. - Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively. - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates to product management, customer engineering, management, executives, and team members. - Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational process requirements. - Reporting & Documentation : Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and post-mortem analyses. Required Education and Experience: - Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT. - 5+ years of relevant project management experience in automotive, embedded electronics, wireless telecom industry. - Working knowledge of hardware, RF and software of integrated wireless communication products. - Strong leadership, communication, reporting, negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS project, JIRA). - Analytical and systematic mindset and action plan follow-up. - Professional English verbal and written communications skills.
