Challenges and goals you'll own: Experience and involvement in the full project life cycle as a Project Manager (planning, requirements elicitation, development, and QA control, reporting, delivery, support) Management of one main project and supporting activities in parallel Possibility to take part in presale activities (acknowledgment with project information, WBS creation, estimates with a team, presenting estimates) Participation in building and improving processes in the company Hard skills requirements: Experience in project management from 3-4 years Experience of managing project from start till completion, examples of successfully released projects Understanding project management processes using Agile, Kanban (other methodologies would be a plus) successful experience in project delivery using corresponding methodologies Experience with decomposing requirements into tasks for a development team, working with priorities Relevant experience (outsourcing company, projects with different domains, different team sizes) Soft skills requirements: Proactive thinking in working with the client and on the project Focus on business goals and client's expectations from service Ability to transition easily from the high-level questions to the detailed ones Exceptional communication skills, solid experience in negotiation practice Excellent consultative, problem solving, analytical skills Ability and aspiration to work on continuous process improvement Ability to keep the process transparent and optimal for client needs Aspiration for studying, sharing knowledge with colleagues English language requirements Exceptional oral and written English skills (Advanced level) Daily communication experience on the latest projects  Nice to have: Experience in working with T&M and FP pricing models Experience with gathering and mapping requirements What we can offer: Career and professional growth English lessons Company events, gifts for holidays Ability to work from anywhere in the world If you find it interesting, feel free to apply, and we will contact you to discuss the position in detail.
