Job Description

We’re growing fast in the dental marketing space — bringing modern, SaaS-level execution to an industry that’s been stuck in the past. This role is for someone who loves bringing order to chaos. As a Project Manager, you'll own the flow of work across marketing, creative, and development teams—keeping projects on track, removing roadblocks, and helping OM scale efficiently as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities

• Own the flow of all work across marketing, creative, and development teams, ensuring projects move efficiently from intake through delivery
• Build and maintain clear timelines across campaigns, creative assets, and internal initiatives
• Monitor progress daily and proactively remove delays or roadblocks
• Assign and prioritize work based on team capacity and project needs
• Maintain full visibility in active projects and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities and deadlines
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with company standards and customer expectations
• Drive cross-functional alignment through meetings, updates, and workflow tracking
• Manage and optimize project management tools (Asana, or similar)
• Build and continuously improve scalable workflows that support continued company growth

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in traffic management, project coordination, or operations within a marketing or agency environment
• Familiarity with paid media workflows (Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages)
• Understanding of marketing KPIs and campaign timelines
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, development)
• Clear communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance focused environment
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early and resolve them
• Experience in dental, healthcare, or local service industries preferred
• Project management certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a plus!

**Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 - $88,000 based on experience. Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company results
