Project Manager – Product Development

📍 Fully Remote | 💰 Up to $85,000 Base + 10% Bonus

Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing consumer products company in the beauty and wellness space, is seeking a Project Manager to support its Product Development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career project manager who thrives on organization, cross-functional collaboration, and bringing new products to market. You'll partner with teams across Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, Clinical, Supply Chain, and Sales to help keep product launches on track from concept through commercialization.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and launch schedules across multiple departments.
• Track milestones, action items, and dependencies to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation using Monday.com and Microsoft 365.
• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Communicate project updates and proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks.
• Support product launch activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Help improve project management processes, templates, and documentation as the organization continues to scale.

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of project management, project coordination, or product operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience using project management software such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
• Interest or experience in consumer products, beauty, skincare, health & wellness, or medical devices is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity and workflow efficiency is a plus.
