What you’ll do As a Junor entry level Project Manager in our Program Performance (Project Management) team at Aurecon, you’ll: Own your career while growing your skills Apply your analytical and problem-solving skills on live client projects Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design Learn from industry experts and mentors through hands-on guidance Build your industry network and appreciation across exciting and current projects What you’ll bring A Diploma in Project Management, or a relevant qualification such as a degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Geotechnical studies, or an equivalent field (completed or nearing completion). Please note that Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position due to the nature of the projects. A valid driver’s licence is desirable. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn Natural curiosity and a drive to solve real-world challenges Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, supported by strong organisational skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset A passion to develop both your project management skills and overall professional capabilities It would be advantageous if you also have: Experience in Project Management How we support your growth We believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
