Project Manager

Role Description This remote Project Manager role at Swatama Research is a contract position responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives. The Project Manager will coordinate timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring milestones are met and risks are identified and managed proactively. Daily tasks include leading cross-functional meetings, tracking progress against project plans, preparing status reports, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and partners. The role also involves aligning logistics, inspections, and expediting activities with project requirements, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement in project processes. The Project Manager is expected to work independently, manage competing priorities, and uphold high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to monitor quality, verify compliance, and support audits or reviews.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, inventory, and supply chain activities.
• Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, online PM platforms) and general digital literacy.
• Candidates should ideally have relevant experience in research, engineering, or technical project environments and a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
