Description Job Title: Project Manager – LATAM (Spanish-Speaking) Location: LATAM Region (Remote/Hybrid) Language Requirement: Spanish (Fluent) – Mandatory Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional software and data science projects across the LATAM region. This role requires fluency in Spanish and a strong background in managing client-facing initiatives in multicultural environments. You will be the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Drive one or more concurrent projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating with internal technical teams and external clients. Client Engagement: Lead client meetings including demos, workshops, and steering committees. Communicate progress, risks, and decisions effectively to senior stakeholders. End-to-End Ownership: Manage scope, budget, timelines, resources, and change management processes. Risk & Value Management: Identify and mitigate risks proactively. Ensure project outcomes align with business goals and deliver measurable value. Team Collaboration: Facilitate internal ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives) and foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment. Consultative Approach: Understand client needs and provide strategic guidance on solutions, balancing expectations and feasibility. Product Familiarity: Develop a deep understanding of our product and collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure alignment with client goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field. One or more certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, CSPO, KMP. 5+ years of experience managing software development projects (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with JIRA and other project management tools. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time. Preferred Qualifications: Background as a Software Engineer or Data Scientist. Experience managing Data Science projects and understanding the Data Science Life Cycle. Proven success in leading discovery workshops and project kick-offs. 🚀 Why Join Us?
