Key Objectives Lead and oversee software projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. Facilitate communication among stakeholders, developers, and clients. Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes. Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, timely updates to leadership and clients. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices. Lead post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience managing software development projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
