You Will : Support business initiatives and run projects that focus on increasing sales efficiency Proactively support salespeople with data, insights, research and presentations Provide industry, market and prospect-based research; Create and develop existing sales tools Perform CRM audits (preparing and generating reports of current sales activity); Cooperate with marketing and other areas of the organization to increase sales efficiency Coordinating people & processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce desired results; Conducting analysis, identifying process gaps, and providing solutions for workflow optimization and improvement; Developing various sales and marketing materials with vertical-specific expertise; Maintaining and developing of existing processes and tools. Desired Experience : Analytical problem solving skills; Capability to work independently and proactively; Experience in sales enablement roles: sales support, sales analysis, market analysis, market research; Fluency in English; The ability to communicate information and conclusions clearly and effectively; Very well-developed skills of logical and analytical thinking; Good communication and teamwork skills; Ability to manage priorities within a matrix organization; Excellent presentation skills; Strong organizational skills; Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Slides / Docs; Entrepreneurial spirit; Knowledge and / or experience in the field of digital and programmatic would be advantageous.
