The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects within our organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving innovation in the medical robotics field. ## Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion. * Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation. * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. * Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. * Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. * Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. * Report and escalate to management as needed. * Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. * Perform risk management to minimize project risks. * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. ## Qualifications * 0-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the medical or technology sectors. * Proven working experience as a project manager. * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. * Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. * Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus. ## Required Skills Sr. Project Manager ## Why Join Us?
