Job Description Project Manager We are Zone Payment Network Limited based in Lagos, Nigeria. Zone is a regulated blockchain network that enables payments and acceptance of digital currencies. Our Layer-1 Blockchain network decentralizes processing of Fiat payments and enablesthe transition to digital currencies while connecting previously excluded financial institutions into an all-inclusive payment ecosystem. Job Profile: We are looking for an innovative, self-driven and ambitious Project Manager to join our Project Management team! As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, Coordination, and completion of projects within the stipulated timeline. As a Project Manager, your job responsibilities include the following: • Ensure set-up of all projectschedules/plan using relevant project management tool. • Track completion of all project activities on a daily and weekly basis against approved project plan and identify possible delays/risks. • Engage relevant stakeholders in relations to project activities and ensure timely completion of project tasks/deliverables within stipulated timeline. • Prepare statusreports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. • Ensure availability of internal resources (project participants), client teams and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Delegate tasks to relevant stakeholders for the purpose of ensuring timely completion of projects. • Make occasional visits to the client office as and when required. • Ensure that project contracts are signed at the beginning of a project and project completion documents are signed off by relevant stakeholders at the end of a project. The legacy of the work you do matters to you. • You have at least 5 years related work experience in Fintech, software company, Banking, IT Infrastructure, Telecommunication company etc. • You have a good knowledge of software, Payment, and banking. • You have strong attention to detail, great communication skills and works well in a team. • You are creative and intuitive with an eye for detail. These are some of the nitty-gritty things you may have listed on your CV/LinkedIn profile but certainly do not define who you are: • B.Sc/B.Eng in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related subject areas. • Experience working in the Payment or Fintech industries will be an advantage. • Project management certifications. Physical Requirements: We currently run a flexible work structure; some days are remote while others require you collaborate with colleagues at the office location. For each situation, you may have: ● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
