12-Month Initial | Brisbane CBD | 50/50 Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team and lead the delivery of key business-side initiatives. This is your opportunity to make an impact within a large commercial environment.

• 12-Month contract with possible extensions
• Based in the CBD with 50% WFH
• Experience with business-side projects is required

About this position:

As the Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of business-side projects, partnering with change managers, business analysts and SMEs to engage stakeholders from manager through to executive level.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Leadership & Culture uplift project, from planning through to implementation, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with the project sponsor, HR teams, and an external consultancy to complete a review of leadership training and development approaches.
• Oversee project activity including scheduling, resourcing, communications, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage stakeholders from manager through to executive level across all major workstreams to align project outcomes with broader strategic and cultural goals.
• Coordinate activities across business areas to embed new leadership approaches and HR support into daily operations and ways of working.
• Maintain oversight of milestones, risks, and interdependencies, and provide clear reporting to key stakeholders and governance forums.
