Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of ERP platform and related technology implementation projects, from initial planning and scope definition through successful execution, adoption, and closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the appropriate resources to meet client requirements while coordinating across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The Project Manager also plays a key role in maintaining project profitability, managing risks, supporting clear communication, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards throughout the implementation process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead planning and scope definition for ERP platform and related technology implementation projects, including project objectives, key tasks, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinate internal resources, client stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and project materials needed to support successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, implementation schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure projects stay on track.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal project teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Identify project, system, timeline, resource, and client-readiness risks and proactively create mitigation strategies.
- Monitor implementation deliverables to ensure project work meets quality standards, client requirements, and agreed-upon specifications.
- Support the accounting team by ensuring accurate time tracking, billing adjustments, and handling of change orders for implementation projects. Provide clients with relevant billing reports as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures throughout the project, from kickoff and implementation through closeout, including documentation and lessons learned reviews
Position details, work environment & physical requirements
- Standard office hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm local time zone.
- This is a full-time, salary exempt position.
- This role is remote but may require periodic visits to the corporate office in York, Pennsylvania.
- Travel for this role is moderate.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and keyboard for long durations. Frequent typing and use of a mouse, with fine motor skills required for accurate data entry and navigation. Must be able to maintain good posture and adjust seating and workstation to minimize physical strain.
Education, Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Project Management or equivalent work experience.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in project management or a related role.
- 1 to 3 years of experience with large software, consulting, and/or technical projects and implementations.
- Experience supporting the implementation of ERP platforms and related business systems preferred.
- PMI PMP Certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience in client account management and customer service.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to understand and explain data analytics, metrics, and report data
- Experience with Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with Project Management tools, Construction Software (i.e. Viewpoint) preferred.
