Welcome to Scoutnet
Scoutnet was established in August 2020 during the height of the pandemic, to take advantage of the forced Work From Home requirements of businesses, especially in the field of financial services call centres. We developed and deployed a secure Work-From -home platform for insurance products and (virtual call centres)which we make available to Product owners and retail client base owners.
We employ only the most modern of technology and trends like Cloud, SAAS, Work From Home, Software defined security and tap into the Digital and Gig economy. The ultimate goal is to have 5000 trained agents and multiple products on the platform in 5 years time.
The business model proved an instant success with first deployment of new generation products and agent platforms becoming operational in November 2020 with A Motor warranty product (AutoEaze). Since then three other products were developed in partnership with Large insurance players like Centriq, and especially with Dis-Chem health being a flagship affinity play. We now have upwards of 100 full time agents and staff with a confirmed availability of another 450 agents ready to accept work.

Job Overview
We're a fast-growing tech Company looking for a proactive, hands-on Project Manager to drive the execution of high-impact projects across product, tech, and operations. In this role, you'll wear many hats planning timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, managing sprints, and ensuring deliverables are met in a fast-paced, agile environment. Success means delivering value quickly, adapting to change with confidence, and ensuring team momentum stays high. You’ll be central to how we ship, scale, and evolve our products and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product and operational projects from roadmap to release.
- Break down ideas into project plans with clear goals, timelines, owners, and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and other Agile rituals to keep momentum high.
- Identify blockers early, manage risks, and escalate issues when needed to maintain velocity.
- Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates, reports, and feedback loops.
- Bring structure to chaos — build processes that support scale without killing startup agility.
- Contribute to improving internal systems, workflows, and team collaboration as we grow.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience managing tech or product projects in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Comfortable with Agile and Lean project management methodologies.
- Strong communicator who can rally teams and manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Experience using tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Adaptable, solutions-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Bonus: Experience in early-stage SaaS, marketplace, or mobile product teams.
- Bonus: Background in product, engineering, or operations.
