Project Manager

About the Role

The Project Manager will drive the full project lifecycle — from initiation and requirements gathering through delivery, execution control, and post-implementation analysis — across e-commerce product rollouts, API integrations, and new logistics services, with a strong focus on the U.S. market and international e-commerce platforms.

Key project areas:

• Launch and scaling of e-commerce and logistics products

• API integrations with clients, marketplaces, and logistics partners

• Launch of new international delivery services

• Market entry and support for international expansion, including the U.S. market

• Integration and collaboration with international e-commerce platforms

• Business process and operating model transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle: scope, timeline, budget, resources, and delivery

• Build roadmaps and milestone plans, and track their execution

• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Product, IT, Analytics, Operations, Customer Support, Business Development, Finance, and external partners

• Lead international projects spanning multiple markets and countries, including the U.S.

• Coordinate integration projects with clients, marketplaces, courier services, logistics operators, and international e-commerce platforms

• Drive end-to-end delivery of e-commerce product launches, from concept to go-live

• Maintain project documentation: requirements, risks, dependencies, statuses, and launch plans

• Run regular project management processes and stakeholder communication

• Manage risks, changes, and cross-project dependencies

• Ensure delivery aligns with business requirements and strategic goals

• Prepare reporting for leadership on progress, risks, budget, and forecasts

• Ensure smooth handover of project outcomes into operations

• Independently manage projects with a high level of ownership

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager

• Experience managing commercial projects

• Required: experience in e-commerce, logistics, international logistics, or cross-border delivery

• Required: experience working in an international environment, including the U.S. market

• Required: experience working with international e-commerce platforms

• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects

• Experience working with international teams, clients, or partners

• Hands-on experience managing integration or API projects

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools

• Understanding of the digital product and IT development lifecycle

• Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines

• English — C1

• Experience launching new products or services in international markets, including the U.S.

• Understanding of APIs, system architecture, and integrations
