Role Description:

This full-time remote Project Manager role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing AI-driven education projects from initiation through delivery.

• The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, define scope and timelines, manage budgets and resources, and ensure that project milestones are met in alignment with client and internal expectations. Day-to-day work includes organizing tasks, tracking progress, managing risks and dependencies, and communicating status updates to stakeholders in a clear, timely manner.
• The role also involves collaborating with product, engineering, data, and customer success teams to refine requirements, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of SchoolUX.ai solutions.
• The Project Manager will contribute to process documentation, project reporting, and lessons-learned activities to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing projects (in edtech is strongly prefered), AI, or education/publishing, with a track record of delivering on schedule and keeping deliverables on quality.
• Strong project management skills, with hands-on experience in PM tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar).
• Ability to coordinate resources and follow up on deliverables across distributed teams in a fully remote, cross-cultural environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including working with schools, teachers, and partners.
• Data-driven mindset: able to analyze data, manage risks, and make sound trade-offs.
• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, engineering, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred

• Experience in school operations or running a school business (e.g., academic operations, program rollout, school partnerships).
• Familiarity with English language assessment, LMS, or AI-powered learning products
