About Archdesk
Archdesk helps build the world around us, from individual houses all the way to stadiums, bridges, the data centers powering the AI revolution, and even entire cities rising from the ground. Today, tens of thousands of projects representing more than $350 billion in construction value run on our platform, with customers spanning six continents.
Most of the industry still manages work like this on spreadsheets, email chains and a dozen disconnected files. Archdesk replaces that patchwork with one platform that connects everything: cost control, scheduling, procurement, site records and reporting, giving contractors real-time command over projects worth hundreds of millions.
As a Project Manager, you'll work directly with the companies building all of it, taking contractors from chaos to clarity on some of the largest projects in the world.
We're one product, built in-house by one team across London, Kraków and Dubai. We're fast-moving, fast-growth and founder-led: no layers between you and the decisions that matter, and real ownership from day one.
We work hybrid from our new Kraków office, coming together as a team at least two days a week.
Project Manager
You'll be the person our customers trust to actually make Archdesk work for their business not just switch it on, but shape it around how they build. If you like being the calm, organised presence in a room full of moving parts, and you get genuine satisfaction from watching a client go from "how does this even work" to "I can't imagine running projects without it" this is your role.
What you'll actually be doing
- Getting to the bottom of what a client really needs and understanding the goals behind it
- Designing an implementation plan that fits their business, not a generic template
- Taking ownership of the project from kickoff, you're the go-to person from start to finish
- Keeping an eye on progress, spotting problems early, and adjusting course before they become real issues
- Managing the risk register and flagging dependencies early
- Keeping clients and your own team genuinely in the loop
- Logging everything in the project planner so the rest of the team always knows where things stand
- Training client teams and super-users so they're confident using Archdesk day-to-day,
- Building out simple project documentation and playbooks that make it easier for the future
- Spotting opportunities where a client could get more value from the platform, and flagging them to the team for exploration
What you'll bring
- At least two years in project management, ideally client-facing
- A track record of building relationships customers actually trust
- Strong written and spoken communication, in English, and comfortably across cultures
- The kind of organisational instincts that keep ten things on track at once without dropping any of them
- A project management accreditation (PRINCE2 or similar)
- A strong work ethic and good self-organisation, this is a hybrid role, so you'll manage your own workload across in-office and remote time
What you'll get
- Company share options, every employee has a real path to becoming a shareholder
- A real impact in an international, fast-growing company
- A startup environment where you can actually shape how things get done
- A team that has your back while you grow
- Genuine investment in your development training, courses, room to build new skills
- Ownership and accountability, without the layers of bureaucracy that usually come with it
- Flexible working hours
- A team that celebrates wins together (yes, that includes company events)
