Are you a visionary Global WMS Implementation Consultant ready to drive innovation and lead our company to new heights? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and make a significant impact. Join our team and contribute to our success!


  • Lead the end-to-end WMS/LVS implementation project in Poland.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate business, IT, warehouse operations, and external vendors.
  • Ensure successful integration between WMS, Symfonia ERP, Workato, and connected applications.
  • Ensure that business requirements, process optimization opportunities, and operational objectives are effectively reflected in the WMS solution design and implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, testing, training, and deployment activities.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for project issues, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure operational readiness and user adoption.
  • Provide transparent reporting to management on project status, risks, budget, and key decisions.
