Position Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead retail rollout and activation initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead retail rollout and activation initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project activities, including country rollouts, activations, pilot deployments, and go-live initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Lead project governance and regular status meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and tracking through Jira.
- Drive issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, project documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Rollout Manager, or Implementation Manager.
- Experience delivering projects within retail, FMCG, supply chain, or multi-site environments.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience working with Jira and project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with international or multi-country projects.
- Vendor management experience.
