Role Description The Project Manager will oversee property reporting and facilities management projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines for clients in the Owners Corporation and Insurance sectors. This contract, remote role involves coordinating project activities, managing stakeholder communication, and supervising expediting and logistics tasks related to inspections, maintenance, and construction work. The Project Manager will develop project plans, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain quality and compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing inspections, reviewing reports, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and preparing clear documentation and status updates for internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Experience as an Expeditor with strong Expediting capabilities to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Hands-on experience with Inspection activities and quality assurance in property, construction, or facilities management.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management, coordinating resources, schedules, and third-party providers across multiple projects.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, contract capacity.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with building industry standards, compliance requirements, and reporting practices; experience in Owners Corporation or Insurance industries is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to use project management and collaboration tools, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
