Job Purpose
The Enterprise Implementation & Integration Team seeks a cross-functional project manager to lead various IT teams and their processes in support of business initiatives.
Location: St. Louis, MO (hybrid)
Duties & Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:
- Project management of cross functional processes in IT in support of café new opens
- Review processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Advocate for the business needs as they relate to IT technology and software.
- Troubleshoot issues for resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments.
- Manage the time and capacity of all the project’s key players.
- Provide timely project status updates.
Qualifications (Education & Experience)
Qualifications include:
- Basic knowledge of the Service Now program
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Conflict management to maintain team collaboration.
- Strong communication skillset for IT as well as business partners
- Ability to adapt to changes within the department and organization.
- Strong organizational skills
