Essential Skills & Experience

Proven Project Manager with end-to-end delivery responsibility for medium to large-scale IT projects Active SC (Security Check)

Clearance or ability to transfer existing SC clearance

Demonstrable experience managing third-party suppliers, vendors, and delivery partners, including contract deliverables, dependencies, and performance management

Strong stakeholder management across senior business, technical, and external organisations Experience managing project governance, RAID logs, reporting, financial tracking, and delivery plans

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive delivery to agreed milestones and outcomes

Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management capability Excellent communication, facilitation, and reporting skills

Highly Desirable

Experience delivering projects within a UK Government and/or Defence environment

Knowledge of MOD, Defence Digital, or wider government delivery frameworks and governance

Experience working in highly regulated or secure environments

Familiarity with service transition, infrastructure, cloud, workplace technology, or digital transformation projects

Experience managing multiple suppliers within a complex delivery ecosystem
