Project Manager – Healthcare Market Research

Syndex is a healthcare market research and consulting firm helping pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech companies make better decisions across the GCC, MENA and Africa. We are growing and looking for a Project Manager to lead our studies from kick-off to delivery.

What you will do

• Manage syndicated trackers and custom studies end to end: scope, timelines, budgets and client communication
• Coordinate fieldwork with physicians, pharmacists and hospital stakeholders across the region
• Validate data quality and turn results into clear Excel and PowerPoint deliverables
• Be the day-to-day contact for clients and keep every project on time and on brief

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in market research, pharma or consulting, ideally in the GCC
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent English and Arabic
• Organised, detail-driven and comfortable managing several projects at once
