Strong-Bridge Envision Consulting (HCL Technologies Company) is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our firm as a dedicated full-time employee. This is a remote opportunity working with our clients. Responsibilities: Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Analyzing big data sets using excel (Look up formulas, Macro, Pivot tables, Charts, Text formulas etc.) Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of team’s efforts. Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Analyze and create graphical representations of the flow of data through the system, modeling its process aspects. Demonstrate problem solving, qualitative, quantitative and visualization skills to resolve business/technical problems and apply logical thinking to come up with appropriate solutions. Working closely with various cross functional teams. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Qualifications and Experience: 5+ years’ experience as an IT project manager/ Business Analyst in a large company. Bachelor of Arts or Science required, degree in Information systems preferred. 3+ years experience leading and manage complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams. 3+ years experience in leading IT system implementation projects and experience utilizing SDLC for enterprise IT system implementations. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
