Your Role as a Project Manager (Zenika Consultant): You will oversee technology projects that meaningfully improve how public sector services are delivered. Working across teams, from business analysts to product stakeholders - you'll drive user-centric solutions from concept to completion. You're digitally savvy, naturally proactive, and energised by finding innovative ways to apply AI and emerging tech to real-world needs. What you'll do Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing project plans, schedules, and reports to ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget Lead cross-functional collaboration across development and technology teams, facilitating ops-tech sessions and regular stakeholder updates Oversee vendor and service provider relationships, ensuring contractual responsibilities are met and procurement activities are well-managed Coordinate system security audits, vulnerability assessments, and day-to-day operations to meet uptime and availability targets Implement and maintain processes for issue management, change control, documentation, and quality assurance Identify and support digital transformation opportunities across the organisation What you bring 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology/IT environment Experience delivering digital or transformation projects across public sector or large-scale, regulated environments PMP or equivalent project management certification Technical background with IT teams and developers Experience in Agile, Cloud Technologies, Knowledge Management, or Service Design Experience in managing system implementation and maintenance projects using Agile methodology Experience in budget management, cost optimisation, and financial planning Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Nice to Have Experience working with Agile tools such as Figma, Miro, or JIRA Certification such as Scrum Master or Product Owner is a plus Experience with development workflows using tools like SHIP/HATS, GitHub or GitLab for code management and collaboration Experience to rapid application development platforms such as OutSystems Working experience with content management systems such as Sitefinity, SharePoint Online, or similar platforms About Zenika Founded by developer Carl Azoury, Zenika is a consultancy built around community, transparency, and craftsmanship.
