**About the Role:** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Information Technology department. The Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it. **Responsibilities:** 1. Lead the development and execution of product strategy. 2. Collaborate with a cross-functional team including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to build amazing products. 3. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define the product vision, and work closely with engineering to deliver winning products. 4. Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. 5. Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, answering questions and requests. 6. Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs, establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing. 7. Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production. **Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred. 2. Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager. 3. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. 4. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. 6.
